2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this service
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
3. Credits
- Credits are required to generate album covers
- Credits are purchased separately or included in subscription plans
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
- Upon account termination, unused credits are forfeited

4. AI-Generated Content
Please understand the nature of AI-generated content:

- AI may occasionally produce unexpected or unsuitable results
Credits are automatically refunded if a generation fails due to a system error. However, credits are not refunded for results you simply do not like.
5. Commercial Usage Rights
When you generate an image using Lonorix:
- You may use generated images for commercial purposes (e.g., album releases, merchandise)
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- You must ensure uploaded images do not infringe third-party rights
- You are responsible for any trademark, copyright, or personality rights issues
- Lonorix does not claim ownership of your generated images
6. Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Automated access, scraping, or bulk generation without permission
- Reselling, redistributing, or transferring credits
- Creating accounts to circumvent limitations or bans
- Uploading illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Generating content depicting minors inappropriately
- Using the service for fraud, spam, or malicious purposes
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months
