Clear rules for credits, refunds, and cancellations

1. Credits Are Digital Goods

Credits purchased on Lonorix are digital goods that can be used to generate AI album covers.

  • Credits are consumed when you start a generation
  • Each generation costs a fixed number of credits (currently 10 credits per cover)
  • Credits have no monetary value outside of Lonorix
  • Credits cannot be transferred or sold

2. Automatic Credit Refunds

Credits are automatically refunded in the following cases:

  • System errors: If our AI service fails to generate an image
  • Server timeout: If generation times out due to server issues
  • Service outage: If the generation fails due to infrastructure problems

Refunds are processed automatically. You will see the credits restored to your account within seconds. No action is required from you.

3. No Refunds For

Credits are not refunded in the following cases:

  • Successful generations: If an image was successfully generated, even if you do not like the result
  • User input errors: Incorrect text, wrong image uploaded, or misconfigured settings
  • Artistic preference: Results that do not match your creative vision
  • Change of mind: Deciding you no longer want the image after generation
  • Content moderation: Images that were flagged by our content filters

AI-generated results can vary. We recommend starting with fewer variants to test before generating multiple images.

4. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to subscription benefits until the period ends
  • No partial refunds for unused days in a billing period
  • Unused credits from subscription plans are not refunded upon cancellation

5. Credit Pack Purchases

  • Credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account is active
  • If your account is terminated for violating our terms, unused credits are forfeited

Under EU consumer law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been delivered with the consumer's prior consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost.

Frequently Asked Questions

My generation failed. Where are my credits?

If a generation fails due to a system error, credits are automatically refunded to your account within seconds. Refresh your credit balance to see the update.

I do not like the generated image. Can I get a refund?

No. AI-generated content is subjective, and we cannot refund credits for successfully generated images based on artistic preference.

Can I get a cash refund for unused credits?

No. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. However, your credits do not expire.

I canceled my subscription. What happens to my credits?

You keep your remaining credits. They remain available until you use them or close your account.

I was charged twice. What should I do?

Contact us immediately at support@lonorix.com with your payment details. We will investigate and refund any duplicate charges.
